Mouthfill Equalization Crash Course

Mouthfill Equalization Crash Course

July 13, 2017, 7:00pm - July 13, 2017, 8:30pm

Saint-Raphaël, Provence-Alpes-Cote D'Azur, FranceSaint-Raphaël,

Equalization is a key element in freediving. If you are able to equalize without any stress, you will improve your freediving significantly.

This Mouthfill Equalization Crash Course you will learn the mouthfill equalization technique for freediving, and how to best train the mouthfill, by Renee Blundon, a certified Apnea Academy Advanced Equalization Instructor.

DETAILS:

A 1-1/2 hour course where we will cover the following:

- Specific steps for how to perform the mouthfill technique
- The management of the mouthfill
- Dry exercises to practice the mouthfill and management
- Exercises with the water pipe
- How to make your own water pipe at home
- Exercises to practice mouthfill in the pool
- Exercises to begin mouthfill during your dives
- And more, as time permits and questions arise

COST:
If there are 2 people who attend - €20/each
If there are 3+ people who attend - €15/each
(if there is 1 person who attends, the price will be €25 - or maybe the course will be rescheduled)

LOCATION:
1825 Avenue de Valescure
Batiment D
83700 Saint Raphael
France
Phone: +33 663-332-594

PRE-REQUISITES:
There are no pre-requisites.

It would certainly be better if you have attended the previous course, "Freediving Equalization Crash Course". But if you missed it, you can still come to this course. Maybe just think about doing a private session with me (€25) so you can get caught-up (can be before or after this course). Or you can try to get the notes from someone.

I will do a quick review of the previous course, but we just won't have time to go everything again in detail (and also it will be quite boring to everyone else who was in the first course).

**Note: this course is geared towards freedivers who are diving to -25+ meters. You may, of course, attend if you are not yet at that depth to satisfy your curiosity, and to learn skills for later on. But just note that this is more for slightly advanced freedivers. I will not be covering Frenzel or Valsalva techniques.

CAN'T FREEDIVE TO MORE THAN -8 METERS?

If you can't freedive to more than -8 meters, then you probably need to sort out your frenzel technique (before you learn mouthfill technique).

I offer private coaching sessions for €25 (1 to 1-1/2 hours, in-water and dry). Send me a message if that is something you are interested in :)
