I’m Back!

Today was my first ‘real’ day back at the gym 💪 and it only took me one workout to realize how much I’ve missed it 😭‼️
This is today’s shape – still sweating from the pull-up/push-up pyramid workout I did 😅 Omg it was such a struggle I was on, been away from the gym for 2 weeks‼️ and the workout def made me realize how bad I’ve been, since the number of pull-ups and pushups were much less, much harder and I got super out of breath early on 😤
But even if the road back is really hard sometimes, there is only one way back. And that is to jump on that wagon again💃
