One of the most magical things about freediving is it changes the way you view hardness.
When you freedive, in a way you emulate water, allowing the soft water to override the hardness of your mind and body. Entering into a space where no space enters you flow like water just naturally and effortlessly.
By emulating the sea’s naturalness you are doing but you are not interfering – this soft silent experience becomes like an action which is performed without an action.
Then later, outside the water it becomes easier to naturally incorporate peaceful actions into your day and into your being, your softness overrides the hardness of others and some of the hardness of everyday life
